Ready or Not 2: Here I Come has also leaked, confirming a major blow to the Hollywood blockbuster in an already competitive market.

Three recent Hollywood blockbusters have leaked online, appearing on pirate sites just days after their theatrical releases. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, which opened in cinemas only 10 days ago, is now available to stream and download on nearly every major pirate site in 1080p and other resolutions. Project Hail Mary and Ready or Not 2 have also surfaced online and appear to be circulating in noticeably better quality, including ripped 4K.

The source of the leak is unknown, but the original leaked file for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie and Ready or Not 2 is over 10 GB in size and comprises multiple sources. The audio seems to be synced up from a different source, suggesting it might not be of very great quality. However, the video seems perfect for an HD resolution screen. Comparatively, Project Hail Mary has a bit better video and audio quality from a single source. The leaked source file is over 18 GB and will look good on any device, probably not on over 50-inch LCD/LED screens. These leaks surely come as a shock, as currently there is no award season, and certainly these films were not sent for any private screening, and also, we are months away from any Digital release for these two titles.

Currently available in theaters worldwide, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie started playing on April 1st and has amassed $629 million so far at the box office, including $308 in the US and Canada domestic market, despite receiving unfavorable reviews. The film has a budget of $110 million. This is the second film in the Super Mario franchise. The first movie, titled "The Super Mario Bros. Movie," made $1.360 billion on a budget of $100 million, making it one of the most successful animated films ever produced by a non-Disney studio. With this leak just a week after its release, will the sequel be able to reach or surpass the numbers its predecessor set exactly three years back?

Project Hail Mary has been playing in theaters since March 20 and has performed a bit below expectations at the Box Office. The film has grossed $442 million on a budget of $200 million. This includes $238 million in the US and Canada. Three weeks after the release, the growth in the box office numbers is much slower, even after favourable critical acclaim. The film is expected to make at least $800 million; whether it will be able to reach this number is something interesting to see after this leak. Ready or Not 2, which is also still in theaters, has grossed $32 million on a budget of $17 million.

Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, Project Hail Mary is a sci-fi adventure film that follows Ryland Grace, played by Ryan Gosling, who awakens from an induced coma on an interstellar spacecraft. Initially erratic with retrograde amnesia, Grace realizes he is the sole survivor of the three-person crew and is in a distant solar system light-years from Earth. Sandra Hüller, James Ortiz, and Lionel Boyce also star in the film. Project Hail Mary was released by Amazon MGM Studios in the US, while Sony Pictures released it internationally in different parts of the world.

Based on Nintendo's Mario video game franchise and a sequel to the 2023 animated film, it is directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic and written by Matthew Fogel. It stars Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Day, Jack Black, and Keegan-Michael Key reprise their roles, with Benny Safdie, Donald Glover, Glen Powell, and Brie Larson joining the cast.

In The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Bowser Jr. kidnaps Princess Rosalina, the adoptive mother of the Lumas dwelling in the Comet Observatory, and plans to use her power to produce life to fuel a universe-destroying cannon in honor of his father, Bowser, who was vanquished by Mario and Luigi and shrunken by Princess Peach. Rosalina sends a Luma to the Mushroom Kingdom, where it asks Peach and Toad for help. Mario and Luigi are dispatched to investigate a commotion in Tostarena Town, where they meet and befriend Yoshi, a dinosaur that hatched in Brooklyn and was pursued back to his own world after destroying a dinosaur skeleton in a museum. In Peach and Toad's absence, Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi protect the Mushroom Kingdom and try to rehabilitate Bowser.
