As the name suggests, this Italian drama revolves around a touch of personal revenge and redemption.  At the core of this six-episode family drama revolves three central characters. We have Elena played by Giulia Michelini, who is the daughter of a famed racing team owner. After a scandal that destroys her family's reputation and legacy, she finds herself estranged from the organization built by her father. But she is no ordinary human. She decides to build her own team in order to compete in the Italian racing arena. Blu, played by Caterina Forza, ends up becoming her first hire. Entering the picture is Arturo, played by Luca Argentero, who was a former racer and, facing a personal tragedy, reluctantly agrees to join the team. From here, you can guess that the plot is about how an underdog team competes with the who’s who in the world, where only the best survive.  We see betrayals, unlikely friendships that are developing in the course of the game, and a hunger to perform better and reclaim what is lost.

Now, this plot and its execution might remind some of the legendary movie Fast & Furious. But even in that, there is a sense of uniqueness in the plot. The art of racing is explored in length and breadth in the series. Yes, the plot is borrowed from many past works, but it is worth watching. The way the team builds itself and performs to the best of its capabilities is what makes it amazing.

Another thing is that real locations, such as the Emilia-Romagna region, have been used, which makes the experience even more realistic. For those of you who are unaware, the Emilia-Romagna region is where many big brands of these sports were born. This ensures that the location passes on the authenticity pretty well.

Coming to the acting, it is one of the best we get to see. For example, Elena played by Giulia Michelini, Blu played by Caterina Forza, and Arturo played byLuca Argentero are some of the main characters we get to see. The emotions displayed by each of the actors are on par. They are the ones who bring life to the whole plot, thereby making the viewing experience great.
Other than that, the background score is also apt. The makers have indeed put in good efforts to ensure that all emotions are displayed via music and soundtrack.

The pacing is an area where the exaction falters. Some scenes are dragged so much that you are left with no option but to skip. And some scenes are moved so fast that you don’t get enough time to get a grasp of the plot. That part is where I wish the makers had put in some more effort.  Rest assured, the makers didn’t drag anything. With six episodes and a great plot-line execution, the experience is definitely worth watching. So much is there to learn from this series about sports. If you are a big fan of this sport and racing in general, you must watch this series.

Final Score- [7/10]
